Marshals & Radio Crews Information
Any Marshal who has registered and not yet had a confirmation, please contact the Chief Marshal as soon as possible.
All Marshals and Radio Crews will receive a Party on the Pan Ticket for Saturday Night. In addition the first 200 Marshals or Radio Crews who register will also receive a Free Event T Shirt. If you have already registered let the Chief Marshal know your size.
All people wishing to marshal on this year’s Richard Burns Memorial Rally need to be Pre-Registered Unfortunately we cannot admit anyone onto the stages who arrives unannounced on the day (though you will be able to enter as spectators upon paying the relevant entrance charge).
The method for Pre-Registration is via the Event Chief Marshal.
Select the link on the website for Marshals Registration which is a link to a PDF form which you can either Print & Fill In and mail to the Chief Marshal, or you can fill the form in on-line and email it to him.
On the form you will be offered 3 choices: Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Whilst there are no stages running on Friday this will assist us in allocating camping spaces, if required. If you will be arriving on Friday and wish to use the event campsite please select Friday as well as Saturday (and Sunday if appropriate).
Please indicate your preferred job along with Radio Details if you are a Radio Crew.
Please insert details of MSA licence number if known although there is no requirement that you are an MSA Licenced Marshal.
Those marshalling on Saturday will receive their complimentary ticket to the Party on the Pan at signing-on, which will entitle you to a free drink and food item.
Additionally, it is planned for there to be a bar, barbeque and music on the Friday evening for the entertainment of all those onsite – marshals, competitors, service crew and officials.
No under 16's are allowed on the stage itself without prior arrangement. Anyone bringing under-16s to marshal should notify the Chief Marshal at the time of registering via email.
Finally, please note that as this is a live airbase you will be required to provide photo identification at signing-on (passport, photo Driving Licence & MSA Marshal Licence are all acceptable forms of identification).
Final details, including Car Passes and Signing On Forms, will be emailed to you shortly before the event.
